Creating Value for Your Customers
Believe or not, successful Entrepreneurship is not about making money so that you can have the big house, the second home, the fancy car.
By B. Joan Miller
Entrepreneurship is all about creating value for your customers. It is about listening to your customers. It is about creating a business that fulfills a need for your customers.
Your mindset as an entrepreneur is to determine what your customer wants, what they need and what they will buy.
Your business exists because of your clients or customers.
Not the other way around.
Your homework as an entrepreneur is to know as much as possible about the people with whom you do business. What is unique about them; how they think; what their history is, so that you can bring to them a product or service that provides quality and value and is the best fit to fulfill their needs.
The mindset of an Entrepreneur is not about selling people items they don’t want. It is about fulfilling their needs and desires.
An entrepreneur establishes a business that meets the desires and needs of their customer based on solid grounded information about your customer.
An entrepreneur builds a trust with their customer and providing the best possible quality of merchandise, the best possible value and the best service he or she can for the benefit of his or her customers. If you do that and understand your customers, you business will be successful.
That is the Mindset of an Entrepreneur.
