Billed as a “Shortcut System to Rapidly Become an Authority in Your Niche”, this is a video product offered by Rich Schefren.

They call Schefren the “coach to the Internet Gurus”. His unique philosophy about how to build real businesses online gets big money results for his clients…thus leading to the formation his business Strategic Profits in 2004. The company provides coaching for online entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses strategically and ultimately get “free” of the daily grind.

He’s been profiled on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Entertainment Tonight, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, ABC, FOX, Vogue, GQ, MTV, VH1, The Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel, The New York Post and many others…

His one-on-one coaching sessions are normally out of reach financially for the small business person.  Conference organizers reportedly pay him $25K to speak…but don’t let that deter you.

Schefren is now offering virtual training events on business strategy that are value priced and aimed at the small online business owner.

I attended the virtual live training of Instant Expert and offer our readers the following review.

Instant Expert by Rich Schefren

Rich Schefren over delivers on content, time and value – this training session was 3.5 hours. The format was a video of a content rich powerpoint presentation with voice overlay. Instant Expert attendees also receive a transcript of the slides.

This guy is an original thinker – one of a kind.  Every time I attend one of his webinars or read one of his reports I come away with fresh ideas and enthusiasm.

The importance of having a brand was emphasized and how the business owner needed to be the expert; to be different;  to Create a Category of One.  To draw on one’s own strengths.

He gave many examples of how to brand oneself (this in itself was valuable content) and he discussed the importance of social media and being digitally distinct.

Instant Expert is a comprehensive presentation with many powerful but simple ideas that business owners can put into place today.

I highly recommend Instant Expert for anyone looking to grow their online business. The cost at time of writing is a reasonable $47. It is important to note that Founders Club Members (another Schefren product) get Instant Expert as part of their membership for the same initial price ($47/month plus newsletter and access to many other business strategy products including 2 business webinars a month. This could represent better value for your money and possibly a good investment long term for your business.  The choice is yours.
